Malta FC Celebrates 3rd Intake Of Team Manager Duties Programme

The Malta FA held the graduation ceremony for the Award in Team Manager Duties programme on the 16th of April at the Centenary Hall.

The event celebrated the third cohort of the programme, bringing the total of dedicated individuals who have now earned their MQF Level 3 Award in Football Team Management up to 47.

Delivered in collaboration with Learning Works, this programme provides knowledge and skills in leadership and management theories tailored specifically for the football industry. Beyond the technicalities of the game, the programme places a significant emphasis on cultural awareness, ensuring our team managers are prepared for the diverse landscape of modern football.

The success of this third intake highlights the growing importance of continuous education and progressional development within the Malta FA.
