The Water Services Corporation announced that the first ever Green Bonds issuance, amounting to €25 million, has been fully subscribed in record time.
‘his remarkable success is a testament to the strong confidence in our commitment to sustainability and our pioneering role in Malta’s green economy’, the WSC said in a statement.Prime Minister Robert Abela also commended the record, saying that this is ‘initiative underscores the Maltese government’s commitment to sustainability and positions as a leader in green finance.’
