World Club Dome Taking Place THIS Weekend!

This weekend, get ready for the return of Germany’s biggest festival to Malta – the World Club Dome Island Edition.

From August 2nd to 4th, the festival will deliver an electrifying lineup featuring some of the biggest stars in dance music.

Starting on Friday at Gianpula Village, it will kick off with NERVO and Jaxomy, the producer of summers biggest hit ‘Pedro’, at the G7 Fridays Festival Stage and SHOUSE at District Jungle Room the duo behind hits like ‘Love Tonight’ and ‘Won’t Forget You.’

Saturday will host the main show with 3 stages at Gianpula Village. The main festival stage will feature Morten, a rising star of the rave scene and protégé of David Guetta, along with Salvatore Ganacci, famous for his show-stopping performances and viral antics.

Techno fans will be thrilled by performances from techno giants Pan-Pot and Berlin’s own Stella Bossi, who brings her vibrant energy and compelling sets to the mix. The festival will also feature talents like Anna Tur, ASK ME.

Sundays closing party at Café Del Mar will be headlined by the legendary Bob Sinclair, known for his infectious beats that have captivated dance floors worldwide for years

Set against the stunning backdrop of Malta’s picturesque venues, this festival promises three unforgettable days of sun, sea, and dance.

Neil Agius Reminisces About 2004 Athens Olympics

Maltese swimming icon Neil Agius took to Facebook tp reminisce about his experience at the 2004 Athens Olympics as a young and excited 18-year old.

In his post he stated that watching the first day of the Olympics swimming final took him back 20 years to his first and only Olympics experience at the iconic 2004 Athens edition.

He continued by stating  “Just 18 years old and trying to find my way along side the worlds greatest athletes to walk the planet. This left me with a burning desire to succeed not only in the pool but also in life.”

He also revealed some photos he had taken with his digital camera, including a photo with arguably the greatest Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps.

He wished every Maltese athlete the best of luck and to enjoy the moment and take pride of their accomplishments no matter the result.

Tesla Releases New Karaoke Mic For Its Cars

Tesla has officially introduced a new accessory to complement their modern, futuristic cars: official karaoke microphones designed specifically for use with Tesla vehicles.

This release has largely gone unnoticed, with many unaware that Elon Musk’s company has ventured into the karaoke industry. Tesla has actually been selling the ‘CaraokeMic’ for two years in China, but they have now made the microphones available in the USA as well.

The microphones come in a set of two and connect seamlessly to the media apps on both the front and rear touchscreens of the car. This allows users to sing along to their favorite songs during long road trips, making the journey more enjoyable.

The mics pair automatically with the car and have a battery life of up to ten hours on a single charge. The set is priced at $215 and is only available for shipping within mainland USA, excluding states like Hawaii and Alaska, as well as international locations such as Europe.

Police Make Sliema Shop Vandalism Arrests, Mayor Reveals

Taking to social media Sliema Mayor John Pillow revealed that the Malta Police Force have made some arrests in connection to the footage of teens causing vandalism in shops.

The mayor had shared footage of the the vandalism on social media, which shows teens fighting with a shop owner, wrecking some of the stands as well as throwing stuff at the owner.

‘I would like to inform you that the police have already identified and arrested some people from this group’, Pillow wrote.

‘I am informed that currently part of this group is in Qali touring the Beer Festival’, explained Pillow later on during the same day.
