Here is the moment a car crashed into ‘Marica’s Salon’ in Ħamrun this morning at around 8am.
CCTV footage shows the moment the car crashes into the front of the show, smashing the glass and getting almost half of the vehicle into the shop.
Exactly after the crash, people could be seen moving onto the wreckage to assist anyone that might be injured.
‘Hemm raġel’, voices could be heard saying (‘there’s a man’), most likely in reference to the driver.
It is still currently unclear what led to the crash. The driver was hospitalised this morning.
