The three official judges for Master Chef Malta have been revealed, with the final judge on the panel unveiled as Executive Chef of Grain Victor Borg.

‘Appointed Executive Chef of Grain in 2019, Chef Victor Borg brings a wealth of experience from culinary giants like Gordon Ramsay’s Aubergine in London and Bagatelle, a two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Oslo. His leadership steered Under Grain to MICHELIN-star success just five months after its inception. Moreover, he brought MICHELIN success to Grain Street creating history as the first Maltese brand with two MICHELIN-rated restaurants under one roof.’
‘Being awarded the National Chef of the Year award at the age of 24, Victor’s had the privilege to compete alongside Malta’s National Team of Chefs for 15 consecutive years. Serving as captain for eight years, he secured two gold medals at the World Association of Chef Societies (WACS), making him the only Maltese chef to achieve such a feat.’

‘His own restaurant, Mange Tout in Xemxija, was voted Best Overall Restaurant in Malta for an impressive seven consecutive years. Recently participating in a Four Hands Dinner at SOLA Restaurant in London, collaborating with Chef Victor Garvey, Chef Borg continues to push culinary boundaries.’
Victor will be joining Letizia Vella and Joseph Vella on the panel starting February 11th on TVM to find the very first Master Chef Malta.
