Van Drives Over Pavement To Skip Marsa Traffic

A video sent to this newsroom shows a van skipping over traffic in Garibaldi Road, Marsa by driving over the pavement at around 1900hrs yesterday.
With the road blocked with vehicles, this driver decided to skip all the waiting and simply drive his vehicle partly on the pavement.
Such behaviour is very dangerous given that many pedestrians make use of the pavement.
