Jason Sciberras, the father of Kacey, who tragically died on the Central Link Road in Attard early on Sunday morning, released a touching social media tribute in honour of his late daughter.

‘Our flower. You were a flower with the name of Kacey. You were a beautiful flower both inside and outside’ said Jason.

‘You were a flower who knew how to love. You were a flower full of respect. You were a flower with a smile always on your face.’

‘Now our flower has joined other flowers with the Lord. I, your father, your mother, your brother, your grandmother and all those who loved you will keep loving you until we meet again’ he finished.

Kacey was riding passenger in a Chevrolet Aveo, which the driver reportedly lost control of and damaged its front and rear whilst also hitting a wall and a pole.

Kacey was reported dead on the spot, with two others, a 17 year old girl and a 20 year old man seriously injured.
