Ukrainian Woman In Malta Making Sure Sliema Plants Get Watered

Sliema mayor John Pillow shared a video of a Ukrainian woman living in Malta who continued to water the plants at the Tower playing field as part of a tradition started by her grandfather.
The woman continued to make sure the plants got the water they needed after her grandfather had to return to Ukraine.
‘It’s moments like these that remind us how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in our community’, wrote Pillow.
