TV Fundraiser For Maltese Hospital In Ghana This Sunday!

On Sunday 27 July 2025, HopeXchange Malta will host a 12-hour national televised fundraiser in support of the HopeXchange Medical Centre in Kumasi, Ghana.
The event will be broadcast live on all local television stations from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Its aim is to raise vital funds for the Maltese-run hospital, which delivers essential healthcare services to vulnerable communities in Ghana.

The hospital, supported by Malta since its founding, is renowned for its high standard of care, commitment to community outreach, and the training of local healthcare professionals.
Viewers will be able to hear moving testimonies from patients, staff, and volunteers, alongside live entertainment, guest appearances, and regular updates on how donations are making an impact.
“This fundraiser is more than just a televised event. It’s a call for solidarity,” said Nikol Baldacchino, Development Director at HopeXchange Malta. “The hospital in Kumasi stands as a symbol of Maltese compassion and international commitment. Every contribution counts.”
The public, as well as businesses and organisations, are encouraged to participate and donate.
