This road in Żabbar has been named Malta’s Most Beautiful Street

Construction issues aside, you cannot deny that Malta has some of the most beautiful sights and the world and even some of the roads live up to the hype.

As a matter of fact, Żabbar’s Triq is-Santwarju was actually named the “Most Beautiful Street in Malta 2020” after securing 35 per cent of 5,500 votes in an online competition published by Infrastructure Malta.

Triq Is-Santwarju beat prominent roads such as Republic Street in Valletta and Triq San Pawl in Rabat to secure the top spot and local pride amongst Żabbar residents.
