TopSpin youngsters head to Düsseldorf for international challenge

A group of selected TopSpin Table Tennis Academy players and coaches have departed Malta for Düsseldorf, where they will represent Team Malta at the prestigious 35th andro Kids Open one of Europe’s largest youth table tennis tournaments.

The event, held annually in Germany, brings together hundreds of emerging talents from across the continent, offering young athletes a valuable opportunity to compete at international level. For the Maltese contingent, the tournament serves as an important step in their development, allowing them to test their skills, gain experience, and showcase the hard work carried out at the academy throughout the season.

TopSpin officials expressed pride in the group selected, highlighting the dedication and discipline shown by the players in recent months. The academy emphasised that such international exposure is crucial for growth, confidence and long‑term progression.
