This morning, Sliema Aquatic Sports Club’s U16 water polo team departed for Volos, Greece, to compete in the prestigious 21st Splash Tournament. The event offers a fantastic opportunity for these young athletes to test their skills against international competition and gain valuable experience.
The squad is accompanied by Coach Feco, Academy Manager Andrea Bianchi, and Nutritionist Mariella Porter, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the trip.
Beyond the tournament, players will engage in focused training sessions and attend nutrition talks and lessons, reinforcing the club’s commitment to holistic development both in and out of the pool.
