San Ġiljan Secure Rising Star Chloe Amato on Permanent Deal

San Ġiljan ASC have completed the permanent signing of Chloe Amato, adding one of Malta’s brightest young water polo talents to their long‑term development plans. Born in 2009, Amato has already built an exceptional résumé, representing the Malta Senior National Team and captaining both the U18 and U20 selections a rare achievement for a player of her age.

Her rapid progression has been shaped further through the Malta College of Sports, where she trained under respected coach Milan Ćirović, refining her tactical awareness and technical versatility. Amato’s ability to adapt across multiple roles in the pool has made her one of the most sought‑after prospects in the local game.

San Ġiljan emphasised that the club is committed to providing Amato with the ideal environment to continue her growth, offering elite training structures, competitive opportunities and long‑term support. Despite her youth, she has already demonstrated maturity, leadership and consistency at every level.
