Robert Farrugia Randon Reflects On Paris 2026 Subbuteo U20 World Cup

Robert Farrugia Randon has reflected on his Paris 2026 Subbuteo World Cup campaign, which saw him qualify to the knockout stages of the competition.
In the group stage, he lost 3-0 against Ektoras Bartzis from Greece, won against Belgian Maxim Grosdent 1-0, and won 10-0 against Timothy Phokos from Australia.
He finished second in his group and qualified for the round of 16, in which he lost 6-3 vs Georgios Vlassopolous, who won the whole tournament and this year's Open Greek Championship.
He remarked that it was "a nice moment to remember," playing in his first Under 20 National Team Tournament and also playing competitive games against some of the best Under 20 and Greek players of all time.
