The new offices of the Malta Authority for Integrity in Sport (AiMS) were officially inaugurated in Santa Venera by Prime Minister Robert Abela, in the presence of Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation Clifton Grima. They were welcomed by AiMS Chief Executive Officer Kevin Azzopardi and Chairman, Judge emeritus Antonio Mizzi, before touring the modern 800‑square‑metre premises.

The upgraded facilities offer improved accessibility for members of the public seeking AiMS services and now also house Doping Control Officers and Educational Officers who support the Authority on a part‑time basis.

Prime Minister Abela highlighted the significant progress achieved since AiMS was established in 2021, noting that Malta’s model for sports integrity is attracting interest from several European and international jurisdictions. He emphasised that the Authority’s work spans anti‑doping, good governance, education, and the fight against manipulation in sport pillars that are strengthening the country’s sporting framework.
