Poseidon Racing Team have been crowned WORLD CHAMPIONS 2026, completing a remarkable season despite a dramatic twist in Sunday’s final race. A steering failure threatened to derail their campaign, but both the driver and co‑pilot escaped unharmed, and the boat remained intact allowing the team to celebrate the achievement they had worked tirelessly for.

The moment was made even more meaningful thanks to the support shown on the water. Fellow Maltese teams Apex Racing and Team Cutting Edge assisted immediately, while Bob McCarty and Mark Power from Team If Only! stopped mid‑race to help, demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship.
