Perfect Record for Malta Blackball Teams on competition's third day

On the third day of the 2026 Nations Cup being held in Gibraltar, the Maltese teams continued to demonstrate their potential by winning all their matches across every category in which they competed.

In the opening match of the morning session, the Malta Under-23 national team registered a convincing 20-5 victory over Ireland. In the same session, the Men’s B team secured another win after defeating Mexico B1 with a score of 19-6.

In the afternoon, the Men’s A team further confirmed their strength with an 18-7 win over Shetland Men’s A. Meanwhile, the Men’s B side once again delivered a strong performance, overcoming Northern Ireland B1 with a 15-10 result.

During the evening session, the Men’s B team played their third match of the day and maintained consistency with an emphatic 21-4 victory over Gibraltar B.

At 5:00pm, the Malta Under-23 side played their second match and claimed another win, beating Scotland A 15-10, after which they beat Scotland B 17-8 in their third match.

The fourth day of competition takes place today with another busy schedule for the Maltese teams.
