Palm Announces 14-Player Squad For European Beach Soccer League Encounters

Newly appointed Malta Beach Soccer National Team Coach Indrek Palm has announced a 14-player squad for the upcoming European Beach Soccer League matches.

Palm was officially appointed Malta Beach Soccer National Team Coach earlier this week, bringing with him extensive experience in the sport, having featured for Estonia on multiple occasions.

During this window, Malta will be competing in Division B of the European Beach Soccer League, with matches to be held in Batumi, Georgia over the coming days. The teams taking part in this edition are Azerbaijan, England, Georgia, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Romania, and Slovakia.

The first match will see Malta take on Norway on 16th July 2026, with the encounter kicking off at 18:00hrs. Following that match, Malta will be facing hosts Georgia on 17th July 2026, kicking off at 21:00hrs.

Following those two encounters, the placing matches will be taking place between 18th and 19th July 2026, determining the position of each team.

Brandon Muscat, Lark Falzon, Emerson Desira are the chosen goalkeepers, with the outfield players being Andre Joe Cutajar, Jeremy Cassar, Antoine Barbara, Karl Caruana, Giuseppe Barone, Lee Joe Schembri, Antonello Demanuele, Matthew Agius, Brandon Lee Bray, Claudio Venuto, and Daniel Camenzuli.
