Palestinian Kids To Join Valletta FC Players On Pitch

Valletta Football Club has announced a special initiative to show support for children from Palestine who recently arrived in Malta following the tragedy in Gaza.

On Sunday, during their final match of the first part of the opening round against Żabbar St. Patrick’s, the club will welcome these boys and girls onto the pitch to accompany the players.

The club emphasised their strong bond with Palestine, noting that Valletta supporters have long been affectionately known as “tal-Palestina”.

By hosting these families, Valletta FC aims to extend solidarity, compassion and a sense of community to those affected by conflict.

The club invited supporters to join them at the Tony Bezzina Stadium at 4pm on Sunday to give the children a warm welcome and demonstrate that they are part of a community that stands with them in hope and humanity.
