National Team Announced for Futsal Week January Cup in Croatia

Head Coach Roberto Menichelli has revealed the Maltese national futsal squad for the Futsal Week January Cup, taking place in Labin, Croatia, from 19 to 26 January. The 16-player squad, along with coaching staff, will depart for Croatia on 19 January and return on 26 January.
Malta will open their campaign against Turkey on 22 January. The tournament will also feature national teams from Greenland, San Marino, Morocco, Romania, Scotland, and Switzerland.
This friendly competition serves as key preparation for Malta ahead of the Futsal World Cup Phase 1 qualifiers in April, where they will face Denmark (hosts), Scotland, and Andorra in Group A.
