Mireya Bugeja Wins Gold At Balkan U20 Championships

Mireya Bugeja delivered a brilliant performance at the Balkan Under 20 Championships in Craiova, Romania, winning gold in the 1500m after a superb race against a strong international field.
Mireya clocked an impressive 4:25.81, to secure the top spot on the podium among some of the region’s best young athletes.
Athletics Malta also congratulated Benjamin Salnitro and Thea Parnis for delivering solid performances in their respective events.
