Mattias Gatt Dimech Debono Set for New Chapter at Luxol St Andrews

Promising Maltese footballer Mattias Gatt Dimech Debono is preparing to embark on the next phase of his career, with a move to Luxol St Andrews expected to be finalised shortly. The highly regarded youngster, long seen as one of Floriana’s brightest academy products, will bring an end to a 13‑year spell with the Greens as he seeks a fresh challenge.

Gatt Dimech Debono has been a standout figure throughout his development, frequently captaining his age groups and earning recognition for his maturity on and off the pitch. His football education extended beyond Floriana, with formative experiences at Sportland and a lengthy stint with Siculo Leonzio, where he trained from the age of six to 15.
