Matchday: Valletta FC Youth Begin Youth League Journey

Valletta FC's youth team begin their UEFA Youth League campaign today, where they will be playing the first leg of the opening round against FC Partizani after winning last season's Section A competition.

The boys in white are set to Albanian champions FC Partizani, becoming the first Maltese youth team to feature in two UEFA Youth League campaigns, the first time being in 2024, when the boys in white went through the first round after a tense penalty shootout.

Valletta FC has encouraged all fans to rally behind the team for this important match, to "come along, fill the stands, raise your voices and show the team what it means to wear the Lilywhites shirt."

This first leg match is set to take place today, 16th September at 20:00, at the Centenary Stadium.
