Maltese Youth Riders Celebrate Outstanding Results in Italian Trials Championship

Three Maltese riders achieved a prestigious result during their participation in the Italian Trials Championship in Sicily, marking an important milestone for Malta’s growing motorsport scene. The event, part of the regional Italian championship, featured nine competitors — and Malta’s young talents stood out with exceptional performances.
Jack Farrugia delivered a commanding display to secure first place, demonstrating impressive control and maturity for his age. Close behind, Luca Dimech claimed second place, showcasing consistency and technical skill throughout the competition. Thirteen‑year‑old Sven, one of the youngest riders in the field, completed Malta’s success by finishing third, a remarkable achievement that highlights his potential for future international events.
