Maltese Star Teddy Teuma Named Stade de Reims Captain

Maltese football star Teddy Teuma has been appointed captain of top-tier French club Stade de Reims.
Teuma joined the French side last season from Belgian contenders Royale Union Saint-Gilloise for a reported €5 million fee, making him the most expensive Maltese footballer to date.
In his debut season with the six-time French champions, the dynamic midfielder scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists, quickly establishing himself as Reims’ standout player. Teuma’s 6 goals also made him the club’s top scorer.
Last season, Reims climbed the standings to secure an impressive 9th-place finish, narrowly missing out on a historic European spot.
