Maltese footballer Maria Farrugia has officially signed with Sheffield United Women, following a number of successful stints both locally and internationally.
SUFC Women announced the signing of ‘exciting attacking midfielder and Malta international Maria Farrugia from Lewes.’
‘The Maltese maestro is here’, the team said in a video showcasing Maria’s joining of the Blades.
Maria has played against Sheffield before whilst with Lewes FC, scoring 2 goals against her now current team.
