Maltese Athletes Celebrate Podium Success at HYROX Poznań

Maltese fitness athletes delivered an exceptional showing at HYROX Poznań, earning well‑deserved podium finishes and proudly flying the Maltese flag in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing fitness racing events. A large contingent from the Jungle Box Club made the trip to Poland, demonstrating both strength and unity as they competed among hundreds of international participants.

The standout results came from four dedicated athletes who secured podium positions in their respective age groups. Joanne Lewis and Jolynn Bartolo produced outstanding performances, each claiming second place in their categories after consistent pacing and impressive execution across all HYROX workout stations.

Adding to Malta’s success, Louise Pisani and Joselle Borg Cardona delivered equally strong efforts, both finishing third in their age groups. Their determination and resilience across the demanding combination of running and functional fitness earned them a well‑deserved place on the podium.

The achievements in Poznań highlight the growing presence of Maltese athletes in international fitness competitions and reflect the hard work being done within the local HYROX community.
