Malta Under‑21 head coach Davide Mazzotta has selected a 30‑player squad for the final three fixtures of the 2027 UEFA European U21 Championship Qualifiers, a demanding September–October window that will close Malta’s Group F campaign. The team hosts Northern Ireland on 26 September at the Centenary Stadium, followed by a tough test against Germany on 30 September, before travelling to Riga to face Latvia on 6 October.

The squad features a balanced mix of regulars and emerging talent, giving Mazzotta depth across all areas as Malta aim to finish strongly and continue building international experience.

Goalkeepers: Liam Frendo, Fabian Lauri, Karl Sargent, Jake Scicluna.

Defenders: Deacon Abela, Nathan Cross, Mattias Ellul, Matteo Gambin, Benjamin Hili, Shelom Magri, Sven Xerri, Jake Vassallo.
