Malta U20 Men Gear Up For Water Polo European Championships In Varna

The Malta U20 waterpolo National Team Head Coach Milan Cirovic, together with Assistant Team Coach Jonathan Valletta, have selected the final list of players for the U20 Men European Championships to be held in Varna (Bulgaria) between the 10th & 16th August 2026.

Sliema is the most represented club with seven players, followed by Neptunes with four. San Ġiljan are represented by three players, with one player from Birżebbuġa.

Jayden Cassar, Julian Chircop, Jayden Cutajar, Zach Allen Dzanovic, San Engerer, Elijah Schembi, and Philip Tabone will respresent Sliema, while Neptunes will be represented by Max Lanzon, Enrico Mallia, Andreas Micallef, and Julian Valletta. Nathan Bonavia, Dean Bugeja, and Luigi Dimech will be representing San Ġiljan, with Miguel Cassar being the only player from Birżebbuġa.
