Malta U14 name 20‑player squad for North Macedonia double‑header

Malta Under‑14 National Team Coach Silvio Vella has selected a 20‑player squad for this month’s international friendly double‑header against North Macedonia, an important step in the team’s early development on the international stage. The matches will be played on Saturday 16 May 2026 at 15:00 and Monday 18 May 2026 at 14:30, both at the Petar Miloševski Training Centre in Skopje.

The squad features two goalkeepers: Mardeo Zammit and Ryan James Zammit supported by a nine‑player defensive unit: Elias Abdilla, Jaan Caruana, Neil Haber, Inan Timur, Javier James, Zac Baldacchino Orland and Jacob Abo Assaf.

Midfield options include Nedved Bonello, Beppe Aquilina Arena, Zackary Diagne, Craig Taylor and Jmii Zammit.

Up front, Malta will rely on Alex Zammit, Noah Muscat, Sebastian Farrugia, Shaylon Lanzon, Edward Schembri and Zack Mifsud Triganza.

These fixtures offer valuable exposure for Malta’s emerging talents as they continue building towards future youth international commitments.
