Malta National Team to Host Open Training Session

The Malta National ‘A’ Team will open its doors to supporters next week as preparations intensify for the decisive UEFA Nations League double header against Luxembourg. With promotion to League C on the line, anticipation is building ahead of two matches that could mark a historic moment for Maltese football.
Malta will first host Luxembourg at the National Stadium on Thursday 26 March 2026, with kick‑off at 18:00hrs, before travelling for the return fixture at the Stade de Luxembourg on Tuesday 31 March, also at 18:00hrs. Tickets for both matches are available through the Malta FA’s online portal.
In the build‑up, fans will have the chance to watch the team train during a special open session on Monday 23 March at 16:00hrs at the National Football Centre in Ta’ Qali. Supporters will be able to observe the high‑intensity preparations and meet the players during a post‑session meet and greet.
The Malta FA is encouraging the public to attend and rally behind the squad as they chase a historic promotion.
