Liam Farrugia Returns To Naxxar Lions FC After Spell In Australia

Naxxar Lions FC have announced the return of Liam Farrugia, who left the club after the 2023/2024 season for a spell in Australia.
The 23-year-old Timor-Leste international left-back joins Pablo Doffo's side ahead of this season's Challenge League campaign, which will be commencing next week. Naxxar have made various changes to their squad after suffering relegation from Malta's top flight last season, with Farrugia returning to help his former club a week before the start of the league.
Naxxar expressed their delight at reuniting with Liam and thanked Off Season Soccer Academy for making this reunion possible.
