Leonardo Agius Signs For Naxxar Lions FC

Leandro Agius has signed for Naxxar Lions FC on loan after winning the Challenge Cup and securing promotion to the Malta Premier League with Birzebbuga St Peter's FC last season.
The attacking midfielder looks to help Naxxar Lions bounce back after the club lost to Mosta FC in a relegation decider last season, condemning them to Malta's second tier.
Leo has a wealth of experience in senior team football across the Premier League and Challenge League, scoring multiple goals and proving to be an asset for every team he plays for.
The 23-year-old has also gained experience playing overseas, representing KVC Westerlo in Belgium and FC Lugano in Switzerland.
