Kurt Baldacchino Praises Mġarr United Youths For 40 Game Unbeaten Run

Mġarr United Youths coach, Kurt Baldacchino, has praised his team for a remarkable 40-game unbeaten run, spanning over the past two years, which saw Mġarr clinch the Section C and B titles, and thus two consecutive promotions.

Baldacchino remarked that "although my social media only contains posts about football, I rarely ever write anything about results obtained during matches. Today, will be one of the few exceptions. With today's draw vs Pieta Hotspurs, our Mgarr United Youths team has achieved a remarkable 40-game unbeaten run, which started in August 2024 in a Youth League Section C game against Gharghur."

He thanked and congratulated all players who have been part of this journey, as he now guides the team into Maltese youth football's top flight.
