Karl Rizzo Naudi Bids Farewell to Malta U21s

Karl Rizzo Naudi is leaving his role as physiotherapist with the Malta U21 national team after two years of countless memories, challenges, sacrifices and valuable lessons.

Reflecting on his time with the squad, Rizzo Naudi acknowledged that the results were not always what the team had hoped for, but stressed that scorelines do not define the players or the people behind the team.

As a member of the medical staff, he said he had the privilege of witnessing the commitment, resilience and determination shown by all the players who were called up during his time with the U21s.

Rizzo Naudi also encouraged the players to take the lessons from the past two years into the next stages of their careers, urging them to continue working hard, learning from every experience and believing in their ambitions.

In his farewell message, he expressed his pride at having been part of the journey and thanked the players for the memories shared.

He leaves the Malta U21 setup with a message of encouragement: to keep believing, keep working and never stop chasing their dreams.
