Karim Misurati Undergoes Trial with Portuguese Side Varzim S.C.

Young Maltese midfielder Karim Misurati is currently undergoing a trial in Portugal with Varzim S.C., as he looks to take the next step in his developing football career.

The 16-year-old, who currently plays for Sliema Wanderers, is considered one of the country’s promising young talents. Before making the move to Sliema, Misurati developed through the ranks of the Luxol Academy, where he built a strong foundation and attracted attention with his performances.

On the international stage, Misurati has already represented Malta at U17 level. His most recent appearance came just days ago in a fixture against Luxembourg, further underlining his growing experience at youth international level.

The opportunity to train and trial abroad marks an important milestone for the young midfielder, as he continues to gain exposure and test himself in a more competitive environment.
