Kai Law Wears Number 5 For Santa Venera After Number Was Retired Following Father's Tragic Incident

Kai Law wore the number 5 for Santa Venera U15s after the number was retired by the club following a tragic incident in which his father, and club captain, Yau Mun Law, collapsed on the pitch during a third division match back in 2019.
The number was retired in all age categories in respect to Santa Venera's club captain after this tragic incident which shook Maltese football, with Yau Mun Law collapsing on the pitch during the team's match aganist Kirkop at the Centenary Stadium.
The club remarked that this is a very special moment that united two generations with the same shirt, while wishing Kai all the success in the Santa Venera shirt and with this special number on his back.
