Jurgen Degabriele Signs Contract Extension With Hibernians Football Club

Maltese international Jurgen Degabriele has signed a contract extension with Hibernians Football Club, continuing an everlasting adventure with his boyhood club.

Degabrele went through the ranks of Hibernians FC's youth academy before breaking into the first team and becoming one of Hibernians' most iconic and loyal players in the club's history.

He also won 30 caps for Malta and scored 7 goals, also establishing himself among the national team's most potent strikers in recent years.

Hibernians looks to bounce back after a disappointing campaign which saw them finishing in the bottom 6 twice. The club has already recruited MFA and MFPA footballer of the year Joseph Mbong, former U21 internationals Matthew Debattista and Nathan Agius, together with several quality foreign players, now confirming Degabriele ahead of a very competitive season.
