Joseph Galea Returns As Lija Athletic FC Coach

Joseph Galea has returned to lead Lija Athletic FC after spending the previous season with Santa Lucia FC, his first season away from Lija.
Following yesterday’s first official committee meeting of the season, UEFA Pro coach Joseph Galea was appointed as Lija Atheltics FC Senior head coach.
It will be his second term with the club, following an exclusive year spell between the 2016/17 and 2024/25 seasons, winning two promotions to the Premier League in the process, one as Challenge League Champions.
Lija Athletic FC wished Galea the best of luck and welcomed him back home.
