Jacques Scerri Named VBET Best Coach For April

Tarxien Rainbows Head Coach Jacques Scerri was named the VBET Best Coach for April, during which he led his team to multiple victories which almost secured survival for the blues.

Under Coach Jacques Scerri’s guidance, Tarxien Rainbows were remarkably the only unbeaten side across the five YoHealth Malta Premier match weeks played in April.

This impressive late comeback however did not result in what could have been the greatest of escapes, as they were relegated in the most honorable manner.

Between Match Weeks 28 and 32 all contested in April, Tarxien Rainbows recorded impressive wins over neighbours Hibernians and Sliema, also earning valuable draws against Mosta, Żabbar, and Birkirkara.

The presentation was held on Tuesday at the National Stadium, with League Administrator Rodney Vassallo presenting the award on behalf of the sponsors.
