Hibernians Eye Top-Six Spot as Balzan Seek Revival
Local
Hibernians and Balzan face a crucial encounter tonight at the Tony Bezzina Stadium, with both sides chasing valuable points in the Malta Premier League.
Hibernians enter the contest eighth on 13 points, just one behind Mosta and Birkirkara, following an encouraging run of results.
The Paolites are unbeaten in four matches, having registered consecutive victories over Birżebbuġa St Peter's and Gżira United before drawing 2-2 against Mosta.
Balzan, meanwhile, occupy ninth place with 11 points and will be desperate to bounce back from last weekend's 2-0 defeat against Birkirkara.
