Gozo Win Street Football Mini World Cup in Buġibba

Gozo were crowned champions of the Street Football Mini World Cup after defeating Brazil with golden goal by Matteo Camilleri following a 2–2 draw in the final played at the 3-a-side pitch in Buġibba.
During the competition, Gozo drew 4–4 against Spain and played out a spectacular 6–6 draw with Brazil in the group stage. They also dominated United Africa with a 5–0 victory before beating Malta 4–0 in the semi-finals. England, France, Portugal, and Colombia also participated in the tournament.
At the conclusion of the match, organizers Maria Coppola and James Almeida presented the awards to the winners.
