FLORIANA FC SIGN TWO INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS TO BOLSTER TITLE CHANCES

Floriana FC have strengthened their squad with the signing of two international players as they look to boost their title ambitions ahead of the second phase of the league campaign. After finishing among the leaders in the opening phase, the Greens have moved to reinforce key areas of the pitch.

Kenan Dervišagić, born on 29 July 2000, joins Floriana as a striking option. The Bosnian forward has spent most of his career competing in the Bosnian Premier League and now arrives in Malta eager to make an immediate impact in front of goal. Floriana will be hoping his presence adds further cutting edge to their attacking line.

Also arriving from Bosnia is Alen Kurtalic, a defensive midfielder tasked with providing greater stability in the centre of the pitch. Kurtalic is expected to strengthen Floriana’s midfield structure, helping the team maintain control and reduce the number of goals conceded.

The double signing underlines Floriana’s intent as they prepare for the decisive phase of the season, with the club clearly aiming to remain firmly in the title race.
