FLORIANA FC SECURE PERMANENT DEAL FOR PAUL MBONG

Maltese champions Floriana FC have completed the permanent signing of winger Paul Mbong, following his successful loan spell with the club during the second half of last season.

Mbong joined the Greens on loan from Serbian side FK Čukarički and quickly became an important member of the squad, playing a key role in Floriana’s title-winning campaign.

The Maltese winger was part of the team that secured the club’s 27th league championship, with Floriana defeating Marsaskala in the Maltese Premier League final to lift the trophy.

Impressed by his performances and contribution to their historic season, Floriana have now moved to make the move permanent, ensuring Mbong remains part of their plans as they prepare to defend their league title.

The signing represents another important step for the reigning champions as they continue strengthening their squad ahead of the new campaign.
