Floriana FC Members Unanimously Back Next Phase of Stadium Project

Floriana Football Club has taken a significant step toward its long‑term development following a highly positive Extraordinary General Meeting held on Sunday. The meeting, attended by a strong turnout of members, was marked by unity and constructive dialogue, reflecting the Club’s commitment to stability, transparency, and future growth.

During the session, the President and Club Secretary delivered a detailed chronological presentation outlining the Club’s relationship with its investor, the decisions taken over recent months, and the current position reached. Members were given full opportunity to ask questions, all of which were addressed openly by Club officials, ensuring clarity and reinforcing trust in the Club’s leadership.

Following the discussion, members voted unanimously in favour of safeguarding the Club’s future and endorsed the next phase of the Stadium Project—an important milestone in Floriana FC’s strategic vision.

With this mandate, the Club will now issue a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, construction, and operation of its land. The RFP will be open to all parties that previously submitted an Expression of Interest, ensuring fairness and continuity in the process.

Floriana FC reaffirmed its commitment to responsible leadership and unity as it continues shaping a sustainable future for the Club.
