FIFA World Cup 2026 Group Stage Draws Completed

The group stage draws for the 2026 FIFA World Cup have finally been finalised, giving millions of fans worldwide a glimpse of the exciting matchups set to take place this summer in North America.
This edition of the World Cup will be historic, as it will be the first to be hosted across three countries, Canada, Mexico, and the USA, and the first to feature an expanded field of 48 teams.
Before the group stage draw began, the inaugural FIFA Peace Prize was presented to American President Donald Trump, a decision that has drawn mixed reactions and sparked debate among observers.
The three leaders of the host nations, Mark Carney, Donald Trump, and Claudia Sheinbaum, had the honour of conducting the draw.
After a lengthy draw the groups were confirmed as the following:
Group A: Mexico, South Africa, South Korea and European Playoff D
Group B: Canada, Qatar, Switzerland and European Playoff A (Italy)
Group C: Brazil, Morocco, Scotland and Haiti
Group D: USA, Australia, Paraguay and European Playoff C
Group E: Germany, Ivory Coast, Ecuador and Curacao
Group F: Netherlands, Japan, Tunisia and European Playoff b
Group G: Belgium, Egypt, Iran and New Zealand
Group H: Spain, Uruguay, Saudi Arabia and Cabo Verde
Group I: France, Senegal, Norway and Bolivia/Iraq/Suriname
Group J: Argentina, Algeria, Austria and Jordan
Group K: Portugal, Colombia, Uzbekistan and Congo DR/Jamaica/New Caledonia
Group L: England, Croatia, Panama and Ghana
