Fgura Bocci Club are the new champions of the national team pool championships organised by the Malta Pool Association.
In the Premier League final, Fgura Bocci Club defeated St. George's BC Qormi with a convincing score of 11-5. Fgura were the dominant team from the offset, turning every frame winning opportunity into a win.
Earlier in the week the finals of the other divisions were played with several other champions crowned.
In the First Division, Verde Club Zabbar defeated Sixteen Seven Fgura 11-8, while St. Mary BC Imqabba beat St George's FC Cospiqua 11-2 in the Second Division. In the Third Division, St. George's BC Qormi D overcame Balluta BC Sliema 11-8, wrapping up the pool championships and naming this year's winners.
