Depiro Sports Club Athletes Receive Individual Awards In National Team Triumph

Two Depiro Sports Club athletes, Samira and Claire, won individual awards for their stellar individual performances during Malta's U16 basketball team's championship victory.

Following Malta’s gold medal triumph, Claire was awarded an All-Star Five award as she averaged an outstanding performance of 11.3 points, 17.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists.

Samira was named Tournament MVP and also selected in the All-Star Five, averaging 24.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists.

Depiro Sports Club expressed pride in their athletes, stating that "your hard work, dedication, and passion have truly paid off," while expressing that "this is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both."
