Daniel Portela Expected To Step Down As Floriana FC Head Coach
Local
Floriana FC head coach Daniel Portela is expected to step down from his role at the club, with the team's 1-1 draw against Balzan last Sunday set to be his last game in charge.
Even though the club is yet to officially announce Portela's departure, the situation indicates that Floriana's coach will resign, with technical director Jean Paul Desira set to take over for the time being.
Maltese football awaits Floriana's statement regarding the matter, with Portela set to leave the club after winning the league title in his first season in Maltese football.
