Constable Roderick Cilia Shines at LifeStar Malta Marathon 2026

Constable Roderick Cilia delivered an exceptional performance at the LifeStar Malta Marathon 2026, finishing 4th overall and emerging as the first Maltese athlete to cross the finish line. Representing the Malta Police Force, Cilia completed the marathon in an impressive 2:35:46, a result that highlights both his athletic ability and his commitment to excellence.

His achievement was warmly welcomed within the Corps, where colleagues praised his determination, discipline and the example he continues to set for others. Cilia’s performance reflects the strong sporting spirit present within the Malta Police Force, which encourages officers to pursue physical fitness and competitive sport alongside their professional duties.
